Did you know when you signed up for PREGNANCY, that your hips would grow proportionally to your belly?
LOL, I bet you didn’t!

The other truth is that your HIPS do have to EXPAND a little in order for the baby to be able to come out. So it is normal for you to see that difference and its almost immediately. It’s crazy how the body works, but hormones are released as soon as your pregnant that make your ligaments relax so that things like your pelvic bones can shift and make way for the baby. Unreal right? I remember feeling my hips expand with just a few weeks of pregnancy (Both times).
But, you can have that happen, but not gain any “weight” or “inches” in your thighs and butt. I mean, a little is normal because our dear friend ESTROGEN is roaming around in our body like crazy in order to support the pregnancy. But you can totally still fit in most your clothes and not feel huge. I wore my “REGULAR” stretchy jeans all throughout my pregnancy. Check out this MATERNITY PICTURE, I was almost 9 months pregnant and wearing my regular jeans……..
This can be you!
But you have to control what you eat and not use this pregnancy as an excuse to “Eat For 2”. I mean you don’t by any means have to diet. I certainly didn’t and I did allow myself some splurges. I would eat a bagel a week which I normally don’t when I’m not pregnant, I usually stick to oatmeal which I love. But you just have to make GOOD CHOICES. You should want to anyways because everything you are eating now is affecting your little baby. So make good choices girlfriend.

Before I give you this pregnancy workout, make sure you eat a snack or meal at least an hour before your workout so that you have energy and so that you don’t feel sick. Eat a protein and a healthy carb. If you are looking for an ON-THE-GO SNACK, the best option I have found is a PROTEIN BAR that is made of 100% REAL FOOD and NATURAL INGREDIENTS. It’s ORGANIC and they taste so yummy. I ate them all throughout my last Pregnancy. They didn’t have them during my first. But they were my life saver. I carried one with me everyday and everywhere I went. It was a great and healthy way to get some food in and make sure I didn’t get sick and had plenty energy. These DALES PROTEIN BARS you can only get online. They bake them and ship them right to you. My favorite is Vanilla Cashew and Graham Cracker and Brownie. So good, you can check them out here: PROTEIN BARS FOR PREGNANCY.
